Whether you are relatively new to swimming or want to improve or evolve your swimming skills – you are welcome in this class.

The aim of this class is fun in a safe environment practising new techniques within movement, balance and breathing, stamina and speed.

We will start off by practicing breaststrokes and crawl and move on to back crawl and butterfly – following set training plans or freestyling.

We will also find time to play water polo and underwater rugby, practice springboard diving and life guarding.

This subject is taught in Danish. However, relevant translation will be provided for international students.
