Plant based cooking

Let’s cook together – entirely from plant-based ingredients. You will learn how to find substitutes for eggs, milk, flour and meat. In addition to the cooking itself, we will explore different raw materials, protein sources and, not least, ensure that the vegan food tastes good.

This subject is taught in Danish. However, relevant translation will be provided for international students.
